Well, this will kind of random today. I'm home sick with yet another cold. In the past month I've had the stomach flu and 2 colds. I'm hoping my immune system will get better (cursed 1st graders giving me all their illnesses!).
So for my first bit of randomness, I wanted to share a recipe. One of the parents of one of my 1st graders brought these in on Friday and I DIED. . . they are SOOO good and so easy. All you need is square pretzels, Hershey's Hugs, and M&M's. Unwrap the Hugs and place each one on a pretzel. Put them in the oven for 350 for 2 minutes. Then, place an M&M on top of the melted Hug and voila! The parent who made these gave me a bag of them and I've been eating them NONSTOP! Yummy!
Last weekend, we also had a little family reunion with Sam's family. Some of his family had made plans to come into town and so we planned a little reunion. We had great dinners on Saturday and Sunday, and other than that, we all sat around Sam's parents', played the Wii and just hung out. It was pretty fun! I'm really glad that we took some pics because the last pics that Sam and I had of his family was at our wedding, and half of the family wasn't in it (and most of them weren't even born then). How the family has grown! What fun!

Sorry you've been under the weather! That's no fun. Glad you were able to have a little reunion w/ Sam's fam. I just wrote down the fancy pretzel recipe and can't wait to try it.... MMMM :P
Oh. My. Goodness!!! Those treats were absolutely yummy!!! I have made some for various events coming up, but I keep finding that I have to go buy more supplies. For some reason the treats have been disappearing...hmmm... ;)
i just made these and they are SO GOOD! i used peanut butter M&Ms. can't wait to have my boys try them later! oh, and i hope you don't mind, i'm going to post this recipe on my blog.
