Challenges of Life

Marcie and I found a really good article that explains our thoughts and feelings as we pass through a peculiar episode of our lives. For a few years we have been confused as to why things happen the way they do and why things happen to certain people at certain times of their lives. Although we would not wish this challenge on anyone, we have felt a lot of peace and grown much closer as a couple through understanding and facing the reality of this challenge and all of the associated feelings and struggles that it brings. This article explains better than we can in our own words the feelings that are associated with this struggle. -Sam

That is an excellent article! So many people don't understand exactly what it is like to go through such a huge trial such as infertility. I completely understand all the heartache and sorrow you are going through! I love you and think and pray for you often!!!

OK, so I periodically check in with your blog to see you if only digitally for a moment. The article makes a lot of sense. I want you to know that I am thinking of you both. When are you going to Facebook?
Love, Megan (that weird sister up North)

Marcie, this is Aubrey. I looked a your profile and all your hobbies and things you like and shows you like to watch and favorite movies...etc and now this article, we are still so much alike in EVERY way. We have been seperated twins since we were little and we still are very much twins, seperated at birth:) I know exactly what you're going through, just be glad you don't live in Utah!!! We have been told numerous times that we will be punished for not "keeping the commandments" of starting a family right away. Oh brother. You may have been told that as well, I don't know, but I never wanted to live in Utah valley and I think it was cuz my spirit knew the challenges that lay ahead. We will be leaving Byu soon though. God continues to try to humor us poorly (strengthen us in His own way). We are to be teaching this sunday in the marriage and family class. The chapter is called "Children are an Heritage of the Lord". I don't know how we are going to make it through this, but i expect the Lord knows what He is doing. Wish me luck please. I don't know if I will make it through the lesson.
