(Is this a beach monster, or just Matt buried in the sand?)This past weekend, Sam and I went to San Diego to visit Matt and Em. We had SUCH a blast! First, we went to the beach at Coronado Island. With the cold breeze and stinging stingrays in the water (some of the vicims looked like they were in a GREAT deal of pain! The people had HUGE holes in their feet from the stingrays! Ouch!), we didn't really go in the water. We buried Matt, and Sam and I went for a couple of romantic walks along the beach. Oh it was fun!
After we grew tired of the beach, we went to a great Greek restaurant (which had KILLER zuchinni fries). Next, we cleaned up at Matt and Em's and then we saw the new Indiana Jones movie. It was pretty tame for an Indiana Jones movie, but highly entertaining. Then we went to Rubio's for dinner. Sam and I got up early the next morning, went to church and then came home. We wish that we could have stayed longer, but alas our jobs were calling us. We look forward to visiting them again this summer! Oh, to live in San Diego! *sigh*

San Diego is one of my favorite places, it's always so beautiful! I wish I lived closer so that I could visit more often. What a fun way to spend the weekend.
